Payment Policy

We have a clear payment policy in place for the various services we offer. Here are the details:

  1. Advance Payment: We require advance payment for all classes, rent, and events. Payment should be made prior to the start of the respective service. 
  2. No Reimbursements: We do not provide reimbursements for days when an individual is unable to attend. Once payment is made, it is non-refundable for missed sessions.
  3. Extension or Credit Arrangements: In exceptional circumstances, we may consider arranging for payment extensions or credit, subject to prior agreement and mutual understanding.
  4. Workshop Payments: To reserve a place in a workshop, full payment must be received. Workshop fees are generally non-refundable unless we cancel the workshop due to our own mistake.
  5. Pricing Adjustments: We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time without prior notice. However, we will make every effort to keep you informed about any changes in pricing.

Cancel Policy

1.     Private Classes Cancellation: For private classes, a written cancellation notice via email is required at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide the required notice will result in the fees being due. If proper notice is given, we can reschedule the private class.

  1. Class Cancellation: If classes are canceled due to the company’s negligence, we will either arrange make-up sessions or deduct the corresponding payment from the next month’s fees. However, we cannot be held financially responsible for canceled sessions or dates resulting from unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as unpredictable weather or other unexpected occurrences.

Refund Policy

While we strive to ensure customer satisfaction, refunds are subject to specific conditions outlined below:

  1. Missed Classes: As mentioned earlier, we do not provide refunds for missed classes or sessions. Once payment is made, it is non-refundable for sessions that have been missed.
  2. Workshop Cancellations: If we cancel a workshop due to our own mistake or any other reason, a refund will be issued for the workshop fee.
