Terms and Conditions

1) Payment Policy

We accept advance payment for all classes, rent, and events. There will be no reimbursements for days when the individual is not present. In extraordinary instances, an arrangement to pay in extensions or credit may be established.

For private classes, a 24-hour cancellation notice in writing via email is required. Otherwise, the fees will be due. If you give us 24 hours notice, we will reschedule the private class.

Workshops: Places are only reserved if full payment is received. All workshops are non-refundable unless canceled by us due to a mistake on our part.

Class Cancellation: If classes are canceled due to the company’s negligence, the time will be made up or payments will be deducted from the next month’s fees. We shall not be held financially accountable for canceled sessions or dates due to occurrences beyond our ability to predict. We reserve the right to alter the listed class schedule in the event of illness or other unforeseen circumstances, such as adverse weather.

We have the right to adjust pricing at any time and without notice. However, we will make every effort to keep you updated on any changes.

  1. Termination Policy

To discontinue attending lessons, students must provide written notice at least four weeks in advance. Even if a student is unable to attend classes during the notice period, fees will still be owed. No refunds will be given if a student decides to leave before completing the course. However, in the case of medical reasons, a student may be exempted from this policy upon providing a doctor’s letter.

  1. Attendance Policy

Maintaining a minimum attendance of 80% is essential to ensure adequate time for teachers and choreographers to work with the students. If a student is absent, they are expected to inform us and provide a reason for their absence.

  1. Punctuality Policy

Students are required to arrive on time as dance involves physical activity that necessitates a proper warm-up to prevent injuries. Students arriving more than 10 minutes late may be asked to observe the class for their own safety.

  1. Dress Code & Lost Property Policy

Students must present themselves in a neat and tidy manner at all times.

For regular lessons, students must wear the appropriate uniforms. Failure to adhere to the dress code will result in the student being unable to participate in the class. If there are any queries regarding the dress code for a specific lesson, please contact us.

During workshops, students should wear suitable clothing and footwear that aligns with the nature of the activity. If the workshop instructor deems the attire unsafe, the student may be restricted from participating due to safety concerns. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, but any found belongings will be placed in the lost property.

  1. Behavior Policy

Students are expected to behave in a polite manner during sessions, actively listening and minimizing unnecessary talking. If a student’s disruptive behavior interferes with others’ learning, they may be asked to leave the lesson. Unacceptable behavior from students or visitors will not be tolerated, and it may result in exclusion from current and future activities. Parents or family members may also be banned from premises, events, or performances.

  1. Anti-Bullying Policy

We are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable environment for all students, free from bullying. Any allegations of bullying will be taken seriously and dealt with effectively. We actively work with students and parents to prevent bullying from occurring.

  1. Health and Safety

We prioritize the health and safety of all participants, teachers, and volunteers, and take necessary measures to maintain a safe environment. While every effort is made to prevent injuries, dance, like any physical activity, carries inherent risks. We do not assume responsibility for any injuries sustained.

  1. Appropriate Physical Contact Policy

Physical contact between students and teachers during dance classes is necessary for training. We acknowledge the complexity of this issue and recognize our responsibilities in safeguarding the welfare of students and teachers. The following principles and procedures are in place:

–  Teachers make contact with sensitivity and awareness of each individual’s needs to assist in correcting placement.

– All physical contact is treated with care and respect, taking into account the preferences of the student.

–  Contact does not involve force or the use of any instruments.

– Students are encouraged to report any concerns to the designated person.

  1. Media Use Rights Permission

We kindly request permission from students and visitors to capture photographs and videos during their participation. These media recordings are never linked to personal information.

By granting us full rights, we can utilize the resulting images, as well as any reproductions or adaptations, for fundraising, publicity, or other purposes that contribute to our organizational objectives. This includes using the images in printed and online publicity, social media, press releases, and funding applications.

  1. Safeguarding

We prioritize the confidentiality of your contact information and will not disclose it to third parties unless permitted or required by law, or with your explicit consent. Occasionally, we may individually contact you regarding selected services we believe may be of interest to you.

Please note that Pratap and Harish reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions.
